LinkTech, LLC was founded in 2012 as an IT company that would offer more.  One that would provide the attributes, that in our experience, were missing from many corporate based IT companies and in-house IT departments.  Driven by exceptional quality, our expectation is that each and every job is completed to the highest level.

Jason Link, Founder & President

As founder and president of LinkTech, Jason Link has more than 23 years of hands-on experience in the Information Technology industry.  Jason began his career working at a local computer store when he was just 15 years old, and after working his way up through various corporate IT responsibilities, decided it was time for a different approach to IT support and founded LinkTech, LLC.  While Jason has extensive experience in a wide array of IT disciplines, he really enjoys developing customized solutions to complex problems for his customers.

Todd joined in 2021 to provide additional knowledges learned through several years of self-taught studies and hands-on experiences in the Information Technologies field. He has enjoyed being on a computer from an early age and has always had a yearning to continue studies within the IT Field. In his spare time, He enjoys gaming, reading, and spending time with his 7-year-old daughter.

Bob joined the LinkTech team in Summer of 2021, coming from a diverse background with 20 years' experience in implementing technology innovations in health care, finance and manufacturing. Bob has worked on large projects and small ones, and understands the issues that arise when introducing new technologies within dynamic busy environments. He helps customers transition from existing technologies to newer ones, identifying the benefits and potential challenges that occur during changes.  Bob enjoys learning about cloud technologies and how these innovations allow Wisconsin businesses to stay competitive in a global marketplace.

Sean Peck, Solutions Architect III

Sean is a Tier III systems and network solutions architect who joined the LinkTech team in Summer of 2020, coming from a diverse background with 21 years' experience ranging from small offices to large enterprise.  His experience allows him to contribute to the LinkTech team by bringing with him best-in-class solutions suited for the enterprise — able to be scaled to down to small/medium business and small enterprises.  He helps the team deliver best-practice and best-in-breed solutions typically not offered to the smaller client.  Conversely, these solutions can grow with your business, sparing a “rip and replace” scenario.  He enjoys keeping abreast of tech that is on the horizon, and is an audio/home theater enthusiast.

New to our team, Tina Pap joined LinkTech this summer. Tina is originally from Michigan and graduated with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations. She will be managing all social media accounts and the website. During her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family.
